In person Sunday Qi Gong practice honoring the 5 elements and our integral interconnectedness with everyone and everything. All welcome. We work with smooth moving meditation integrating the breath, our imagination, and the wisdom of the organs and their respective element.

Sweethome lives her practice. She is deeply devoted to the equality, sovereignty, and well-being of all sentient beings. Her study and teaching of Yoga which began 33 years ago has become a path of practicing and sharing Qi Gong since 2015. She is notorious for her instinctive ability to nurture, guide and inspire. She is an activist rooted in compassion. Sweethome has taught people of all ages and demographics around the world. She offers vocal workshops, educational courses, Qi Gong classes, retreats both locally and internationally, and hosts volunteers at her animal sanctuary through an amazing program called Wwoof (WorldWide Opportunities on Organic Farms).
